Rhea Campbell began her career in hospitality and tourism, working with world-renowned brands like Hyatt, Fairmont, and Four Seasons. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in operations, sales, and marketing, honing her ability to create exceptional customer experiences, drive operational efficiencies, and maximize asset value. In 2004, she transitioned into commercial real estate, first with CB Richard Ellis and then from 2008 to 2023 as the founder of Bella Terra Partners, a Chicago-based commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in tenant representation. In 2016, she also co-founded and scaled ImagineMD alongside her husband, a multi-site direct primary care practice that grew to five locations across Chicagoland before being successfully sold to a private equity firm in 2024.
Rhea has leveraged her expansive real estate expertise to expand her personal investment portfolio through creative acquisitions and strategic asset repositioning. She successfully acquired, syndicated, and transformed a 20-room boutique hotel in Vermont to position it for long-term profitability. Additionally, she acquired a 34-unit mobile home park, which is currently undergoing a full-scale repositioning to enhance its value and improve the tenant experience. She also purchased a 50-acre parcel of land, reselling it in under 45 days for a 178% return.
These investments highlight the diversity of Rhea’s portfolio, which spans value-add commercial assets and high-yield land parcels. Her ability to transform underperforming properties demonstrates her expertise in forcing appreciation, optimizing cash flow, and driving long-term equity growth. She structures many of these deals through creative financing strategies, including seller financing, purchase lease options, and other innovative structures that enhance financial outcomes and reduce capital constraints.
At the same time, Rhea also runs a private money lending business and has developed an extensive land investment portfolio, demonstrating her ability to seize opportunities across multiple asset classes, structure creative financing, and generate strong, risk-adjusted returns.
